We help our associate schools improve efficiencies and enhance the overall learning experience for students through support and guidance primarily in the areas of Academic, Co-scholastic and Teacher development.
We also extend support in the areas of Institutional building and Administration if we receive specific requests for the same.

We do have an intense due diligence process, which will involve personal and virtual meetings including exchange of documents. However, there is no payment stipulated for same.
It usually takes about 45 – 90 days.
We charge a fee of Rs. 56,500 + 18% GST, generally payable on a monthly basis.
No – this is not a franchisee kind of a commercial agreement. We treat the school as a single unit.
Our costs are primarily related to time that we will be spending with the Management, Principal and on online teacher development. Therefore, we do not levy our charges based on number of students.
Our services are already priced at a very reasonable level. We may however offer a token 15% concession if the schools belong to the same management.
There is no further upfront or ‘sign up’ payment to be made
You need not purchase any additional equipment.
Also, you need not purchase any material from DAV Group of schools. However, if you need any assistance with the purchases, we will extend support in terms of referring our existing vendors etc, with whom you may then discuss directly.
We will be able to begin offering our services immediately upon signing up of the MoU.
We can begin offering our services during the academic year as well. We can sign up at any point of time during the academic session.
There are four key verticals on which we provide support – (i) Academics & Co-scholastic; (ii) Teacher development & training; (iii) Institutional building; (iv) Administrative aspects. We primarily will be focusing on the first two verticals and will extend support on the remaining two based on specific requests from Associate schools.
We primarily manage CBSE schools and have deep expertise on this front. Therefore, as of now, we offer our services only to CBSE schools.
We offer our services to all CBSE schools across the country.
Yes, it is absolutely fine. However, we will share the details of books (that we follow) with you and would like you to do so as well. This will help us while delivering our services.
We will rely extensively on electronic mode – Zoom meetings, Phone calls, Whatsapp groups & E-mails. Also, we will be doing one Annual Impact visit comprising 3-4 senior members. Additional physical visits will also be made on request.
No, not at all. We do not intervene on your day-to-day administration front. However, if you need any inputs on these fronts, we can support considering our practical expertise across all areas of school management
Yes, there will be regular workshops happening during the year. In addition, we offer specific teacher development programs during the month of May, every year in an ‘Online’ mode. These programs will be open to all our Associates schools and need not be paid for additionally.
We also offer specifically structured, dedicated programs only for teachers of a specific Associate school. These programs may be offered either online or physically at DAV Head office / your school premises. These programs will need to paid for separately on an actual basis.
In case we receive such a specific request, we are in principle open to deputing our senior staff, subject to their willingness. There are no additional charges for same.
However, we will need to mutually agree on the compensation payable to the staff, period of deputation and other related terms.
We have had one such instance, wherein a senior teacher from DAV Chennai, has taken over as the Principal of an Associate school for a period of three years.
There will be absolutely no change in the name of your school or its branding. You ‘may’ in addition add a by-line stating “An Associate of DAV Group of Schools, Chennai”, along with the DAV Chennai logo on all your collaterals. Also, we will be recognizing you as an Associate school on our official website – www.davchennai.org
Yes, we do an Annual Impact visit every year.
The prescribed fee covers the cost of travel for the Annual Impact visit. However, stay is to be arranged by the school either at the school guest house or at a nearby hotel. For any additional visits, both costs for travel and stay are to be arranged by the Associate school.
It is recommended that the Principal of the school or any other senior person as nominated by the Management, can be the “associate Interface”.
Usually, it will be between 9 am and 6 pm on all working days. However, in case of anything urgent, we will be available at all times.
Sure. You may withdraw with a notice period of 30 days or such extended period as is mutually agreed upon.
